1 cup poha
½ cup corn
1 onion finely chopped
2 tsp. Biriyani masala
1 tsp. Jeera
Pinch of hing
Salt to taste.
Wash the poha and keep aside to drain.
When the onion turns transparent, add the biriyani masala and ¼ cup of water
To this add salt and if you like a pinch of turmeric and sugar.
Toss in the paneer and corn, after a minute add in the poha and mix it up lightly.
