½ cup corn (frozen)
½ cup peas (frozen)
1 cup basmati rice.
2 ½ cup water
1 onion finely chopped.
2 tsp. Ghee.
3 green chillies finely chopped
2 tsps garlic paste
Salt to taste.
1 tsp. Lime juice
1 tbsp. Finely chopped coriander leaves
In a rice cooker/pressure cooker put in the 2 tsp. Ghee and heat, add the roasted powder jeera,
Add in the garlic paste, onion and sauté.
Add in the green chillies
Add in the salt, water and cook (3 whistles in the pressure cooker/or the set the rice cooker as usual.)
Add in the lemon juice and chopped coriander just before serving.
