1 tin delmonte corn, / 2 cups fresh corn
½ cup milk
1tbsp.ghee, 1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
3 cloves
½ cumin seeds
Tsp pepper pd.
Salt to taste.
Method
Grind the corn, just to break it up – coarse without water.
Heat ghee and fry cumin seeds, black cardamom and powdered cloves for 2-3 mints
Add milk, salt to taste and bhutta powder to it,
Cook it low flame till done.
Remove from fire and serve hot with black pepper powder sprinkled on it.
Can be eaten by itself or with roti.
