200 gm corn seeds
3tbsp. Gram flour,
1 bunch coriander leaves
¼ tsp turmeric Pd.
¼ pd tsp chilli pd.
1 cup water to taste oil to fry.
Grind corn seeds coarsely
Mix gram flour, chopped green chillies, ginger, onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric pd and salt and prepare a smooth batter with sufficient water
Heat and grease a skillet pour a ladle full of batter on it and spread it like a dosa with the bottom of the ladle. Pour a little oil and all its sides and turn when crsip on one side
Flip and crisp it on the other side.
Serve hot with sauces, chutney etc.
