2 cups of Del Monte corn kernels (If using dehydrated corns then soak it for 2hrs.)
400 gm Maida
4 flakes garlic
2’’ ginger
3 -4 green chillies
½ tsp. Mango powder
Salt and chilli powder to taste
11/2 tsp garam masala
Ghee to fry.
Method
Knead Maida hard along with 2 tsp ghee pinch of salt to a stiff dough, leave aside for half an hour.
Coarsely grind ginger garlic, green chillies and corn, to it add garam masala, mango powder coriander leaves, salt and chilli powder
Divide the Maida dough into small portions, roll out to small puri’s now fill it with corn mixture, roll it flat.
Deep fry till crisp.
Serve with sauces or mint chutney
People who are health conscious could bake it, but what the hell, its okay to sin once a while.
