Corn Halwa

Bhutta Halwa

2 cups corn kernels

200gm ground sugar

7-10 almonds

Few rains and cashew nuts

2tbsp. Of ghee

Boil corn tender, cool and grind to fine paste

Heat ghee and fry the corn mixture to a light brown colour

Now add ground sugar and raisins and cook till the Halwa is ready

Serve garnished with almonds and cashew.
