60 gms raagi flour
30gms urad dal soaked
2-3 green chillies finely chopped.
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste.
Now add the raagi flour and bring to dropping consistency.
Heat a skillet, pour a ladle of batter and spread flat. Pour ½ tsp oil round the edge of the spread batter,close for 1- 2mnt. Turn over the dosa if done, and crisp on the other side.
Serve hot with butter/chutney/sauce/honey.
This dosa can be done immediately without fermenting.
