1 cup Macaroni/pasta of choice
2 tbsp. Cooking oil
2 tsp. Kashmiri chilli powder
1 spring onion finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 capsicum diced
½ cup frozen peas
1 tomato chopped
Grated process cheese ½ cup.
Salt to taste.
Boil macaroni as instructed in the packet.
In a wok, pour the cooking oil, add the chilli powder , sauté the onions.
Add in the other veggies, including peas. Sauté for a minute,
Add in the boiled macaroni, grated cheese and sauté for a minute.
Turn off, garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
For those high on Karma free diet (i.e. no onion) then I skip the spring onion .
