2 finely chopped onions
3 finely chopped onion blooms
A bunch of finely chopped onions
½ grated coconut
4 red chillies roasted and pounded.
¼ cup of tamarind pulp.
1 tbsp. Coriander seeds
Salt to taste.
Grind to paste coconut scraping, coriander seeds, roasted chilli and tamarind pulp.
In a wok sauté the onions, when they become transparent add in the onion blooms, after a minute add the diced potato sauté for another minute
Add in the ground paste, salt water and enough water to cook.
When done garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Can be served with roti. Bread. Or rice.
