1 cup avare kaalu (field beans)
1 onion finely chopped
Finely chopped green chilli 4
Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp.
1 ½ cup water.
½ cup scrapped coconut.
Juice of one lime.
Cooker the beans in the cooker,
In a wok, add a tsp of oil, add mustard when the mustard spurts, add in a pinch of hing, and chilli. Now drop in the onions and sauté. After a minute add the ginger garlic paste, salt and the cooked beans. Close and cook for 5mnts. Garnish this mixture with chopped coriander and scrapped coconut.
Spread juice of 1 lime over this.
