Palak Pulao


1 cup rice

1 bunch palak


1 tomato

½ cup peas

2 cardamoms

4 cloves

1 cinnamon

2-3 green chilli

1 tsp raisin

1’ ginger

1 tsp .Garam masala

1tso Turmeric

2 Pulao leaves

1tsp Jeera

Salt to taste,


In a cooker pour some oil, and sauté the pulao leaves and jeera

Add cardamom clove, cinnamon, green chillies and raisins

Add diced tomato to, onion and salt

Ginger garlic and stir well

Now add potatoes, peas and palaak

Finally washed and drained water.

Add water 2 twice the volume of rice.

Cook for 3 whistles.
