Chopped mixed vegetables, like beetroot, cartot poatop peans 1 cup each
Green chillis 3
Peas 1cup
Besan/ chick pea flour 1 cup
Chilli powder 2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.
Method
Cook all the veggies and peas.
In wok heat a little oil/ghee to season, add the boiled veggies salt – mash and mix well.
Divide to small potions.
Make a thin batter with besan, chilli powder salt,
Dip the veggie potions and deep fry.
Serve hot with chutney
