Des seeded dates 1 cup
Jaggery 2-3 tsps.
Cardamom 1 tsp.
Wheat flour 1cup
Powdered peanuts ½ cup
Pinch of salt.
soak the dates in water and grind to fine paste.
To the flour, add 2 tsp of ghee and a pinch of salt and make to a ;liable dowh
In a wok sauté the ground dates and jaggery till all the water evaporated,
When cooked add the peanut powder and divide to small portion.
Roll our the dough stuff in the filling and roll to thin paste
Roast on a skillet to both the sides turn brown.
