Ginger garlic paste 2tsp.
Chilli chopped 1
Spring onion chopped 4
French beans cut ¾ cup
Carrots cut to stick 1
Cabbage cut into squares 2 cups
mushrooms sliced 2 50 gms
Moong sprounts 4btsp
Tomato 1
Capsicum 1
Soya sauce 1 ½ tsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
De seed the capsicum, tomato and cut into squares
Heat oil in a dahi and add ginger garlic paste green chilli stir and add spring onions whites sauté for a minute
Add French beans and carrot along with 4 tbsp of water and cook till water evaporates
Add tall remaining vegetables except spring onion greens and stir fry for 2-3 mints
Add soya sauce vinegar and salt
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
