ImageGrated paneer           1 cup, 12ogms.

Chopped onions         2tbps

Gingergarlic pastes    ½ tsp.

White pepper powder ½ tsp.

Milk                       2tbsp.

Grated cheese           2 tbps.

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying.


Refined flour—all purpose flour—Maida ½ cup

Pure ghee      1 tbsp.

Salt to taste


Mix the refined flour, pure ghee and salt to make soft dough by adding water. Keep aside for 15mnts.

In a wok heat butter, sauté finely chopped onions until it changes colour, add ginger garlic pate, grated paneer, cheese milk and white pepper powder let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Take it off the fire and cool.

Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll out as small puries

Place 1tbsp of the paneer filling and fold to cover it.

Deep fry and serve hot.

Makes six portions.

Baking also works but it’s not as tasty.
