MOOLI PARATA

ingredients

2 cups wheat flour

2 tsp All purpose flour

1 cup grated radish/mooli

3 tbspBoiled potato mashed

1 tsp each of chilli powder and garam masala

¼ tsp pepper powder

1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

2 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp oil

2 tsp milt

Salt to taste.

Method

Knead wheat flour, all-purpose flour, oil salt and required quantity of water to make pliable dough

In a wok, put a tsp of cooking oil add ginger, squeeze the water out of the radish and add it cook till it softens

Add mashed potato, garam masala, chili powder, coriander leaves, and pepper and divide it into small portions.

Stuff the vegetable portion into small portions of flour dough, roll out and roast on a hot skillet. Pour oil/ghee round the edge of the roti, turn over and cook for a minute

Serve with pickle and curd.
