2 cups chiroti rawa
Diced onion ½ cups
Green chilli 3-4
Coconut scraping 1 cup
chopped coriander levees 1 tsp
Grated ginger 1 tsp.
¼ cup oil/ghee
Salt to taste.
When the boiled green gram is warm add chiroti rawa, onion, green chili coconut coriander leaves, ginger and mix it well.
Add salt and knead
In case the batter is too stiff add in the stock used for boiling.
Pat this on to a plastic sheet with a little oil
Grease a hot skillet and roast the patted dough.
Serve hot with pudina chutney, sauce or curd.
