greem gram soup

ImageMoong soup.

8-10 cups of green gram stock.

¼ cup boiled green gram

3 cloves of garlic

2-3 ginger

2-3mpepper corns

1’cinamon stick

2-3 clove

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

1 big lime

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp ghee

Salt to taste.

Method

Boil the green in 8 cups of stock once the gram is cooked strain and keep the salt aside.

Add salt and sugar to the stock and let it boil.

Heat ghee in a wok, sauté garlic, ginger, pepper, cinnamon and coriander leaves. To add the boiled gram ad blend to a smooth paste

Add the bended mixture to the boiling stock, and turn the flame off, squeeze the lime.

Serve hot. With bred crumbs or bread sticks.
