Hesaru kaalu unde
2 cups hesaru kallu hittu (greengram flour)
1 cup ghee
1 ½ cup sugar
Dry cashew, raisin, pista 15
Cardamom pinch
salt pinch
Method
In a wok heat the ghee
Add in the flour and roast till it emits aroma.
Add in the raisins and cashew. Pista’s are optional. Let it cool.
Powder the sugar and add it to the flour when the flour is warm
Divide into small portions and roll it into balls.
