1 cup boiled green gram
1 cup ghee
1 cup jaggery
1 cup mixture of cashew, raisin, pista
¼ water
Pinch of salt
METHOD
- Boil water add jaggery when the jaggery melts strain
- Heat to a boil, or till it comes out as strand
- Add in the cooked grams and mash well, when the jaggery and gram are mixed add in ghee and stir.
- Now fold in the dry fruits and a pinch of salt.
- Simmer for 10mnts.
