Cottage cheese/paneer 3 cups.
Minced green chilli 1 tbsp.
Chopped mint leaves
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp.
1 tsp ajwain/omam
1 tsp garam masala
½ gram flower/kadale hittu/besan
¼ cup corn flower
Oil for frying
Mash all the ingredients to gather,
Divide into small portions,
This can be eaten by itself or with mint chutney
I also use this as a filler for sandwich.
I have sometimes, grilled this mixture, or shallow fried. each time it works well.
