paneer tikka

kitchen paneer1 cup paneer

1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies.

1tsp. Finely chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp. Finely chopped mint leaves

½ tbsp. Pepper

½ tsp. Chilli powder

1 tsp. Omum/ajwain

1 tsp. Garam masala

½ cup Kadelehittu/besan

¼ cup corn flour

Salt to taste

Oil to deep fry

Method:

Mix all the ingredients,

Divide to lime size portions and roll.

Deep fry in oil.

This can be eaten by itself, or with mint chutney.

Sometimes I use is as burger filling.

Sometimes as kofta in curries.
