CAULIFLOWER PAKODA-2

kitchen-cauliflowerGrated cauliflower 2 cups

Bread slice large 2

Onion 2 tbsp.

Maida, corn flour, rice flour 2 tbsp. Each

Finely chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp

Pepper 1 tsp.

Salt to taste.

A pinch of baking soda

Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp.

Oil for deep-frying

Mix all the ingredients except oil for deep-frying, a make dough sprinkling water as needed.

Divide into small portions, roll, and shape as desired.

Deep fry in oi.

Serve hot with  mint chutney.
