Boiled mash potato 2 cups
3 cups cooked mashed yam
½ cup of finely chopped carrot, cauliflower, paneer cups beans
¼ cup powdered cashews
2 tsp. Garlic paste
½ cup diced onion
1 tsp. green chilli
Red chilli powder 1tsp.
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp.
Roasted jeera 1 tsp.
Oil/butter ½ cup
Salt to taste
Cook, mash all the ingredients except butter/oil.
Grease a skewer with butter/oil.
Divide the vegetable to lime sized portions, and mount on the skewers.
Heat an over/tandoor/barbeque and roast for 5-6 mnts. Brush with butter/ghee roast for another 5 mnts. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
It can accompany with cucumber slices and lemon juice can be sprinkled on.
