2 cups raw banana peel
Oil ½ cup
Coconut scrapping 6-8
Green chilli 2
Juice of lime ½ tsp.
Salt to taste.
Mustard, urad, kharipatta, hing.
In a wok pour in the oil and season.
Add in the green chill, banana peel, salt and roast on small flame till crisp.
Then add the coconut scarping and lime
Serve with rice or chapatti.
