1 large potato
½ bunch of coriander leaves
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste.
Slice the potatoes to thin slices
Pour water to enough to cook, when the slices are parboiled, drain out the water and cool.
Grind coriander leaves, green chillies and slat to a paste and spread on the roasted slices
Serve as starters, or with meal as salad.
