Corn Spinach Patties.


1 cup kadalebele (Chickpea)

1 cup chopped palak

Ginger-garlic paste 1tsp.

Rice flour 1tbsp.

For Stuffing.

Boiled corn ½ cup

Chopped capsicum ¼ cup

cottage cheese 2 tbsp.

Pinch of sugar

Finely chopped green chillies /2 tsp red chilli


Soak the chana dal for 3hrs, and grind to a fine paste, grind with palak add the other ingredients and bring to dropping consistency.

Mash the corn, and add all the other stuffing ingredients.

Heat a skillet, pour the palak- batter, let it cook crisp, now place a scoop of the corn mixture, fold the dosa and serve hot with sauce/tamarind chutney.
