Potato Halwa
cups peeled, grated potatoes. 2cups
milk 4cups
ghee 2 tbps.
Sugar 1 cup.
Pinch of cardamom powder
Cashe 6
Raisin 6
Pinch of salt.
Method
In a heavy bottom pan heat 1 tsp. Of ghee
Roast cashew and raisin till brown, keep aside.
In the same pan fry the potatoes till water evaporates, add milk.
Once the milk evaporates, add sugar, and remaining ghee. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, turn the fame, add caradamom.
Garnish with roasted cashew and raisin.
