A great dish for fast. I learnt this from one of the most graceful Ladies I have seen, my mother-in-law’s sister Uma Deshpande.
¼ kilo sweet potato, washed, sliced and paraboiled.
1 ½ tablespoon desi ghee.
1 tablespoon Jaggery.
In a wok heat the ghee.
When the ghee warms add, the paraboiled sweet potato
Add in jaggery — grated the jaggery to ensure that well mixed.
Serve with love.
I cheat on this by adding a pinch of salt and grated ginger.
