• 1 cup cooked and mashed bread fruit (grilled eggplants/boiled potatoes can also be used.)
• 1 ½ cup curds,
• ½ cup water
• Salt to taste.
• 2 – 3 green chillies
• 1” ginger grated
• 2 tsp. cooking oil (I use coconut oil)
• 2 tsp. mustard
• 1 tsp. urad dal
• 1 red chilli broken
• Pinch of hing.
• 2-3 bay leaves
• 1 tsp. of coriander leaves for garnishing.
Beat curds, water,and salt well
Add in the boiled mashed vegetable and fold.
In a wok(Kadai) heat cooking oil, add mustard seeds, when the mustard spurts add in urad dal, chilli, hing and bay leaves pour this on to the curd and vegetable mixture.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Goes well with rice and rotis.
