An evening with Nestle

Ingredients
Maggie Masala-ae-magic | 1 sachet |
Oil | 2tbsp. |
Jeera | 1 tsp. |
Red chilli powder | ½ tsp. |
Salt | To taste |
Potatoes | 500 gms, boiled, cut into 1” cubes. |
Coriander leaves | 2tbsp. chopped |
Method.
- Heat the oil in a wok, and add the jeera, whenit splutters add red chilli powder and fry for half a minute.
- Add the potatoes and mix well, sauté for 2-3 minutes and adjust the salt to taste.
- Add Maggie masala-ae-jashan mix well and sauté for 2mnts.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
Notes – this can be done with other vegetables too. though Yam and sweet potatoes are my favourites.
