Paneer Bhurji Noodles

Maggie  2 minutes noodles Masala 1  packet
Oil 1tbsp.
Onion 1 large chopped fine
Tomato 1 large chopped fine
Green chillies 3 chopped fine
Paneer 100gms cut into small cubes
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp. chopped
Salt To taste.



  1. Sauté the onions in oil until it soft and light brown add tomato and green chillies and sauté till the tomato has softened.
  2. Add paneer and mix well and cook for 2-3 mnts. Add salt.
  3. Cook Maggie 2-minute noodles as per pack instructions and add to above paneer bhurji and mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
