|Maggie 2 minutes noodles Masala||1 packet|
|Onion||1 large chopped fine|
|Tomato||1 large chopped fine|
|Green chillies||3 chopped fine|
|Paneer||100gms cut into small cubes|
|Coriander leaves||3 tbsp. chopped|
- Sauté the onions in oil until it soft and light brown add tomato and green chillies and sauté till the tomato has softened.
- Add paneer and mix well and cook for 2-3 mnts. Add salt.
- Cook Maggie 2-minute noodles as per pack instructions and add to above paneer bhurji and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
