|Maggie Masala-ae-magic||1 sachet|
|Sprounted whole moong||2 cups|
|Corn kernals||2 cups|
|Mustard seeds||1 tbsp.|
|Onion||1 large chopped|
|Ginger garlic paste||1 tsp.|
|Green chillies||3 finely chopped|
|Lime juice||1 tbsp.|
|Salt t||To taste|
|Coriander leaves||2 tbsp.|
Heat oil in a wok, add the mustard seeds when it splutters add the curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the onion and stir fry till soft and transparent.
Add the sprouted moon and corn and cook covered on a low flame for 8-10 minutes add the Maggi-masala and lime juice to this mixture and add the salt, toss it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis/paav/bread.
