Sprouted Moong and corn sabzi.

This was the last shared by Nestle’s home executive.

Cooking time                     20mnts.

Serves 4

Ingredients.

Maggie Masala-ae-magic 1 sachet
Sprounted whole moong 2 cups
Corn kernals 2 cups
Oil 2 tbsp.
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
Onion 1 large chopped
Curry leaves 8-10
 Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
Green chillies 3 finely chopped
Lime juice 1 tbsp.
Salt t To taste
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp.

 

Method:corn

Heat oil in a wok, add the mustard seeds when it splutters add the curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the onion and stir fry till soft and transparent.

Add the sprouted moon and corn and cook covered on a low flame for 8-10 minutes add the Maggi-masala and lime juice to this mixture and add the salt, toss it well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis/paav/bread.
