Ingredients.
Maggie Masala-ae-magic | 1 sachet |
Sprounted whole moong | 2 cups |
Corn kernals | 2 cups |
Oil | 2 tbsp. |
Mustard seeds | 1 tbsp. |
Onion | 1 large chopped |
Curry leaves | 8-10 |
Ginger garlic paste | 1 tsp. |
Green chillies | 3 finely chopped |
Lime juice | 1 tbsp. |
Salt t | To taste |
Coriander leaves | 2 tbsp. |
Method:
Heat oil in a wok, add the mustard seeds when it splutters add the curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and green chillies and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add the onion and stir fry till soft and transparent.
Add the sprouted moon and corn and cook covered on a low flame for 8-10 minutes add the Maggi-masala and lime juice to this mixture and add the salt, toss it well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis/paav/bread.
